Know Your Counsellor

All our counselors are MA in Psychology and go through extensive rounds of assessment before coming onboard. They are distinctively tracked on their growth & progress by constant feedback from the clients, peers, and supervisors so that the quality of the session is never compromised.

Your counselor doesn’t just hold you in mind for the hour you spend with them. They spend hours reflecting and researching different tools outside the sessions and working hours.

We have an internal model where we ensure that our counselor grows personally & professionally.

  • Peer to peer engagement to encourage cross-learning.
  • One-to-one personal as well as professional supervision to help them de-stress, reflect, and work on themselves as a counselor as well as an individual. This helps them maintain objectivity during sessions and build on the professional capacity to extend assistance.
  • Regular training and workshops to equip them with different psychotherapeutic tools and expand their professional skillset.
