"Vulnerability is the core, the heart, the center, of meaningful human experiences." - Brené Brown

I hope to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals through mutual respect, honesty, and empathy. I believe that everyone is unique, thus I implement an eclectic approach that is tailored to each client's needs. My approach is mostly based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and a Solution Focused Approach.

Her Thoughts on Counseling

I believe that the counselling process thrives when one's thoughts, emotions, experiences, and behaviours are continuously and carefully explored. It will assist you in growing in such a way that you will experience happiness, satisfaction, and the discovery of your true potential.

Why I Chose Counseling?

My early interest in counselling was sparked by my curiosity about people and desire to comprehend the reasons of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Having spent years studying this subject, I was also able to go through a lot of personal development. I hope to be able to share this with others, by providing individuals with a safe environment where we can work through their challenges and give them the chance to experience personal growth and develop self- awareness.

Therapy Style

I believe that it is important to adopt an eclectic style to cater to each client’s needs. I use techniques based in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution Focused Approaches.

Concerns Close To My Heart

I welcome every concern that an individual may have. However, some concerns close to my heart include self-confidence/self-doubt, stress related issues, anxiety and depression.

How I Handle Stress

I relax by watching films and jamming out to my favourite songs. One of the ways I keep myself calm and grounded is by spending time with my family and friends.
