"It is our choices that show us what we truly are far more than our abilities" - Albus Dumbledore

I choose to practice an Eclectic Approach borrowing therapies and techniques from different theories depending on the needs of the clients. My roots are in Client Centered Approach.

Her Thoughts on Counseling

Counselling is a process of empowerment. It is a process of getting to know oneself and the world around us. Counselling does not provide the answers, but it offers us the tools to find them.

Why I Chose Counseling?

I chose counseling to gives others a voice and a safe space to explore. Counseling is a process of unpacking, unlearning and learning not just for the client but for the therapist too. It is an ongoing journey for all.

Therapy Style

In a car, your therapist is a passenger in the front seat, but you’re behind the wheel. A passenger offers assistance with reading the map and providing directions, but it’s up to you to choose the turns you’ll take, and ultimately, the destination. In therapy, I take on an eclectic style with the client's need informing the approach or techniques that we adopt. I work to create a relationship and a safe space for my clients.

Concerns Close To My Heart

I am a stance believer in Feminism and an LGBTQI+ ally. Just existing and facing each day is an act of bravery, concerns of anxiety, depression are close to my heart.
