Counseling sessions can be viewed as problem-solving workshops. At each session, a discussion with your counselor will help you not only analyze where you stand and the status of the issue that was brought in but self motivate you to create a healthy coping mechanism for future implications as well. Remember that counselling is an incremental process that happens with time and growth, and each session serves as a step in your progress
In my opinion, a successful counselling experience enables every individual to seek through their own inner and outer resources and strength to deal with the ups and downs of life.
Why I Chose Counseling?
The experience of seeing a person walk away lighter, freer, and excited to live their own personal journey after healing from wounds, disorders, and obstacles in their path has always been enriching and fulfilling, ever since adolescence. There is nothing better than seeing a human being alleviated from emotional, psychological, spiritual or relational pain. It is incredibly gratifying when I see people waking up to themselves and learning to love and appreciate themselves more. In a way, it helps me personally, grow and give back to the community.
I am deeply inspired by the tools of Positive Psychology, Humanistic Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EFT, and the Narrative approach. Primarily focussing on strengthening one-on-one bonds – as being central to any individual development, hence enabling communication and growth by helping individuals cultivate the right skills with the aim of providing a caring, safe and nurturing environment for self and others.

With an innate inclination to developing a growth mindset, I love to channelize my skills by; finding new and fun ways of learning and growing, seeking adventure through challenging my limitations, securing calm and peace through guided meditation, breath work and running.
